About Constant Organizational Development

I founded Constant Organizational Development in 2016 to serve individuals and organizations, and to improve communities and the world by doing so.  But don’t hear that as a quaint mission statement.  We’re “Constant” because we are consistent, dedicated, focused.  Growing as individuals and organizations is hard work: it requires accountability, difficult conversations and concerted effort.

But the rewards are significant: improved retention, better performance, higher engagement…  We talk about performance a lot, because if something isn’t improving, then we aren’t helping, and your work is too important for us not to be accountable also.

You can read on to learn more about me and the team here at Constant Organizational Development.  Bottom line: we’re professional, but no-nonsense.  We’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need or want.  We don’t have “off the shelf” programs, surveys or anything else we use or recommend without exception.  You can count on us for a customized approach based on what you help us learn about you, your organization and its leaders.

We have all the credentials you expect.  We leverage decades of combined experience and accumulated expertise in every engagement.  But the “what, how and why” at Constant Organizational Development is different because we are focused on the growth and performance of your organization and its leaders both now and in the future, not trying to convince you how smart we are or that you need to buy another service from us.  Ultimately, we want to help you build your capability so that our partnership can evolve and focus on new areas.

I'm looking forward to the prospect of meeting you and learning more about your organization and its people.
